The top priority at H&H Shooting Sports is the safety and the well-being of our customers and employees. Regardless of the environment, this is our top priority every day. We also recognize and understand that you all have concerns about the coronavirus; therefore, we want to update you on everything that we are doing to provide a safe environment for you, your family, and our employees.
We have one simple goal: keeping you and our employees safe.
With that in mind, we are taking the necessary initiatives to adjust our work and operations by implementing precautionary measures to increase protection of our customers and employees.
Our business facilities continue to operate regularly, our retail store, gunsmithing operations, 4U Café, and shooting ranges are all open and we will continue to serve you as always.
Effective immediately, we have directed our employees to minimize physical contact with other employees and with our customers. As an example, they shall refrain from shaking hands. In addition, while we recognize that some contact with our products and packaging during purchasing transactions is inevitable, we have directed our employees to avoid as much unnecessary physical contact as possible.
We are taking several actions to help you feel confident about your health and safety while you are in our store. We have significantly enhanced our cleaning and sanitation efforts on all customer and employee touch points; additionally, we are providing an abundance of anti-bacterial soap in all hand-washing stations, and have placed dozens of alcohol-based hand sanitizers throughout all areas of the store. Finally, we are frequently cleaning and disinfecting all counter top surfaces, restrooms, food locations, and employee break areas.
In addition to these actions, we have increased hygiene signage throughout our range and are strongly encouraging customers and employees to practice good hygiene with frequent and rigorous hand washing. We are asking employees who are sick to stay home. If anyone has a fever or becomes sick while at work, we will immediately release them to see their medical provider.
We hope that these measures give you confidence that we are taking the necessary precautions in this evolving situation. We remain committed to providing you and your family with friendly, clean, fast, and safe service.
