The night begins with all five celebrities will meet on the shooting range for an elimination shootout. The last celebrity with targets remaining will be eliminated from the competition. Actor Dean Cain took out his four targets with four shots to advance to the final round. Todd Palin advanced leaving the girls and Nick to battle it out for the last two spots. Eve and Picabo advance to the final round but singer Nick Lachey and his partner Tom Stroup were eliminated from the competition.

In his exit speech Nick said that he left with an incredible respect for the operators as people.

The first mission of the night was Operation Lifelock. In an urban warfare exercis the teams had to recover a stolen hard drive by taking out a cell tower, taking out 18 targets, two vehicles, scaling a wall retrieve the hard drive and destroy the command center. Dean chose Eve and Grady to join him and Chris on the operation. Like all of the missions, the teams would be using live fire.

Dean, Chris, Eve, and Grady were up first and had a time of nine minutes 43 seconds.

Picabo, Brent, Todd, and JW as the other team, who finished with a time of nine minutes 45 seconds.

Todd and Picabo had to compete in the shootout elimination round. It was the first time in the shoot house for the both of them. Picabo made short order of her targets and reached the final target of the explosives where the celebrities had to hit a target the size of a quarter. Picabo won the shootout round eliminating Todd Palin and JW. Todd’s oldest son is currently stationed in Afghanistan.

The final mission for Eve, Picabo, and Dean was Harbour Demolition; an exercise that would encompass all of the elements previously learned over the season. The two girls, one guy, two SEALs, and a Green Beret must repel into a moving zodiac from a helicopter, scale the net on the ship, take out all of the targets on the ship – 17 in all -, zip line off the ship to a cargo hold, drive the truck out of the cargo hold and destroy the ammo depot.

For this exercise there were no more squads only the teams of one celebrity and one operative.

Up first was Dean and Chris. They were followed by Eve and Grady; and finally Picabo and Brent.

All of the eliminated celebrities returned to help celebrate the winners. Dean and Chris ended up being in third place with a time of six minutes and 46 seconds; meaning that the winner of “Stars Earn Stripes” would be one of the girls.

The winner of the inaugural season of “Stars Earn Stripes” were Eve Torres and Green Beret Grady Powell with a time of five minutes and 10 seconds. Along with the $50,000 Eve had earned for the USO, she won an additional $100,000 for the charity along with a Ford F150 truck. Operative Grady Powell was also presented with a Ford F150 of his own.
